Terms and conditions

1. If you find a comparable product currently advertised at a lower price by another Australian supplier, Frameless Warehouse will beat that price by 5%.
2. A comparable product must have the same glass type and thickness, dimensions and configuration, and hardware of the same construction, material and finish. For example, a lighter waffle-type hinge is not comparable to a solid hinge, and stainless steel hardware is not comparable to brass. Frameless Warehouse will assess whether products are genuinely comparable.
3. The product must be in stock at Frameless Warehouse at the time of your request.
4. The competitor's product must also be in stock and available to buy in Australia at the time of your request.
5. Prices are compared on the product price including GST. Freight and delivery charges are excluded from the comparison.
6. You need to show us the lower price before you place your order, either as a live web link or a dated written quote.
7. We may verify the competitor's price and stock before accepting a request. We may decline a request if we cannot verify it.
8. The guarantee does not apply to clearance, ex-display, second-hand or damaged items, auction or marketplace listings, pricing errors, or bundle, cashback or promotional code offers.
9. The guarantee does not apply to installation, labour, custom cut-to-size glass, or bulk, project or commercial tender pricing.
10. Membership Program customers are also covered. We compare your member price with the price the competitor offers you, shown by a dated written quote.
11. The guarantee cannot be used together with any other promotion or promotional code.
12. We may limit quantities to reasonable residential or trade amounts.
13. Frameless Warehouse may change or end this offer at any time. Any request we have already accepted will be honoured.
14. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
